Exterior Staining Concord MA

This exterior painting project in Concord, Massachusetts, began after the homeowner contacted us to address issues with the existing cedar shake siding. The shakes had natural oils bleeding through the previous stain, which was causing an uneven appearance. To properly resolve the issue, we first applied a full coat of stain-blocking primer to seal the wood and prevent the oils from continuing to bleed through. Once the surface was properly prepared, we applied a solid acrylic latex stain as the top coat to create a consistent and uniform finish. The cedar shake shingles and trim were all coated, refreshing the overall appearance of the home while also providing long-lasting protection.
